Traumatic Subluxed Cataract with Fibrotic Anterior Capsule and Pupil Cerclage by Ike Ahmed

Tough case with a fibrotic subcapsular plaque that prevented a continuous capsulorhexis from being able to be completed, but managed to get an adequate anterior capsulotomy. Also had moderate zonular dialysis that was managed with viscoelastic and then CTR (even tho discontinuous rhexis! Vitrectomy performed, and pupil cerclage performed for the atonic pupil.
