Go to technique for congential and pediatric cataracts using Posterior Continuous Curvilinear Capsulorhexis (PCCC) and posterior optic capture. In this case with high corneal cylinder a single piece toric foldable IOL was used. PCCC optic capture is technically easier with a 3pc IOL, but can be done with a single piece.
