This patient developped recurrent hyphema a few months after a GATT procedure. Argon laser was attempted to cauterize the bleeding in the superior angle however the patient continued to present with bouts of blurred vision and elevated IOP. This video demonstrates peripheral iridoplasty to induce PAS in the area of recurrent bleeding.
