Explantation of phakic posterior chamber IOL, Phaco and iStent for pigmentary glaucoma by Ike Ahmed

This patient presented with pigment dispersion syndrome, felt to be related to the presence of a phakic posterior chamber IOL (ICL). Managed with multiple iStents and phaco with explantation of ICL.
