Cataract Surgery Routine Phacoemulsification and HemiFlip Technique by Ike Ahmed

My most favourite, most efficient, and safest way to remove a soft-moderate density cataract. Use of hydrodissection/delineation, versatile horizontal chopping, large flare tip, high vacuum and minimal wasted movement making this an awesome technique for these lenses. The hemi-nuclei after cracking is flipped up to the iris plane to rapidly emulsify. Epinucleus is flipped and aspirated. Very safe. Very efficient.
