Interesting capsular splitting phenomena observed here. Use of large 1.1mm flare tip with abundant hyper-pulsed phaco power, use of dispersive, cohesive, and super-viscous cohesive viscoelastic agent, and a debulking deep trough followed by vertical chop technique used.
