Iris Prosthesis and Pupilloplasty for Post-Cataract Surgery Iris Defect by Ike Ahmed

This patient had ++ light sensitivity after cataract surgery due to a large iris defect. Use of iris sector shield and pupilloplasty to treat iris defect post-phaco. The capsular bag is re-opened partially and the Morcher 96F sector shield is placed in the bag, behind the IOL. The iris is then sutured as much as possible.
